Got it. So CH doesn't own any shares at all (Table 1, box 5 = 0 and Table 2 box 9 = 0). I could have sworn that he recently told one of the shareholders in a communication that he did own shares or was a shareholder.

My mistake regarding reading the form originally re: purchase of shares.
