No , I wouldn't think that at all. He could buy shares cheaper than that on the open market if he had a mind to.
YJ's thought about expiration is probably the closest to the correct answer ... although I couldn't make the numbers add up to 20MM based on what CH should have received ... and as I said in another post , I've seen filings regarding options expirations and they simply say ... they expired , like the Form 4 shown below for Chas' expired warrants a while back.
No biggie , I was just curious as to what actually transpired. It certainly was filed late for a 5/22 transaction.
