Thanks for letting everyone know. I spoke with Marvin's wife last night and she was extremely upset and all she could afford was that he was critical. When I learned earlier from Revlis this AM he passed I was uncertain if I should inform investors as I was asked last night not to mention anything. I'm glad you informed us and Marvin will be missed by all of us.

sjratty, I will miss Mschere. He read so much on the wireless industry trying to compile information on what direction the industry was moving, and connecting dots as to how that would affect our IDCC investment.

Considering all those newsbits as twinkling stars, Mschere could connect those dots, identify shapes and constellations, where I could not see anything but little twinkles. He was an astronomer of sorts, in my mind, and was a gentleman to me.

The board has lost yet another valuable member, and my prayers are with you and your family.

I considered him my friend, and I will greatly miss him and his postings. Although everyone did not always agree with everything he posted, I think everyone on this board deeply respected Mschere and his unwavering loyalty. Marvin was one of the few people who could calm me down when I got into an emotional frenzy over some IDCC issue.

This world needs people like Mschere and naturally grieve over their earthly passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all of his family and friends in this time of bereavement. May God richly grant you and yours strength, peace, and comfort.

The InterDigital saga goes way beyond the share price to the dream of world changing, bleeding edge technology from a little gem of a company in King of Prussia, PA. Mschere (Marvin) was one of the very few to see the soul of his investment.

Never met the man but I loved him to death.
