I was referring to the emails I sent to him. And where exactly is your justification in comparing this company with GE? He hiked up our o/s to buy a company we know completely nothing about (acoustech).. he maxed out our o/s without a word to shareholders, and doesn't seem to think any of this is worthy of clarification. I know he doesn't HAVE to explain anything, but there's enough going on here to be very suspicious of his silence. That's all.

We aren't going to get more investors until his intentions in regards to the share structure is clarified. IMO, of course.
