How long have you been following Perehelion Global?
They haven't been broadcasting anything over the air or through the ground at all for quite some time. Why would it be called a hostile takever if there isn't anything to take over? They don't even have any competition to take over! ;)
By the way, I really enjoy your posts, quixopixs. I appreciate your enthusiasm and excitement in rooting for the company. I hope in the end that things will turn out! I don't think I would tell any of my friends to buy though. They move way to slow than they PR which is bad for any current investor. I'm sure a bunch of us could list many more things that make the stock drop such as a 504 filing and dilution. Anyway, my shares amount to about $150 now so I could care less about the stock unless it actually presently was creating revenue and profits on at least one of it's business ventures.
That's what I asked Beebe about on the CC and he would say about 6-8 weeks to get things going, but would not nail down a specific date which I'm sure any company with sway could get from the IRS. Anyway, if they aren't producing in 6-8 weeks then we'll just have one more confirmation of what PHGI really is.
When I asked him about publishing some sort of financial statements he also couldn't give a real reason. I'm a CPA myself and look at them all the time. They aren't hard to release, even unaudited financials would at least give investors an idea of what situation the company is in from their perspective. If he wants people to invest in the company why not create a financial statement and make some sort of prospectus with projectios and timelines of what they expect to happen in the future?
