Even this whole thing of a TV station closed over lack of payment and smear campaign from other news outlets. With the whole watch this show trash Perihelion this and that.

In my opinion they just dont want a competitor in their backyard taking a chunk of their advertising dollars away.

The word is....hostile takeover! imho.
