There is no way this is as bad as some are thinking. If it were, then Nokia would not have been playing the delay game all along. They would not be trying to stall this case if it were a slam dunk for Nokia. If this is as bad as some are reacting to it, the company COULD NOT have withheld this information which would be considered very material to the stockholders. This is a bump in the road and unfortunately another buying opportunity that we have witnessed way too many times.

Don't panic all. This is not over by a long shot. It sucks but the actions of Nokia and Samsung until this point show that IDCC still has a strong case IMO.
