Although there are no listing regulations that would prevent PRGL from being a BB stock, Companies listed on this exchange are required to file current financial statements with the SEC or a banking or insurance regulator.

PRGL has not shown any signs of wanting to file those statements, as yet. Have you any reason to think that might change?

No, they do not.

Do you see what it says for the PRGL bid? N/A - as in NOT AVAILABLE" Do you see what it says for the PRGL ask? N/A as in NOT AVAILABLE. Listing the last sale price is not a quote. They do do that on the otcbb website for PRGL. Showing what the bid and the ask are is a quote. They do not do that for PRGL on the otcbb website.

Beebe's "speeches" were 11 MONTHS ago. What has he accomplished in the past 11 months? (besides issuing a split adjusted 15 BILLION Shares) A fence and a trailer hitch? WOW, you should nominate him for CEO of the year - HE BUILT A FENCE IN 11 MONTHS TIME!!!!!
