PRGL does quote on www.otcbb.com on the other-OTC heading, yet websites state your not supposed to be able to!

Why can't I get a quote on an other-OTC security?

Because other-OTC securities are not quoted on the OTCBB, you will not be able to access quotes on these stocks through the OTCBB.com website, ...

But PRGL does give a quote on the http://www.otcbb.com website!

which leads me to believe that something could be happening soon!

After all Bebee said he was focused on heading to a higher listing in his part 1 and 2 speeches.





You just never know, the stock was transferred to another jurisdiction, for what purposes its hard to tell as I'm no insider.
