Read the link that you posted; GGLB has an Initial Agreement for a Memorandum of Understanding. EC3 and GGLB are not partners. Realize that there is a difference between;
Green Globe,
Green Globe Inc.,
and Green Globe International (GGLB). IMO it is a name game.

BTW- The Monthly Share Volume Report is out for GGLB;
