They were after Joe. Joe has nothing to do with the contract indebtedness lawsuits. These are a result of the company not paying their creditors PERIOD. It matters not if Joe was there or not. These were bills that the company has had ample opportunity to pay in the last year or two in one case. Globetel made no effort to pay them, they were sued, in some cases they didn't even bother to show up for court and had default judgements against them. After the suits were heard and the judgements handed out (btw-they have thus far lost all their cases) they still didn't pay and the large judgement creditors placed liens against the company. I don't think I need to go into the ramifications of having a lien on your company because you should be aware of the consequences of that. Of those liens that were listed two were just filed last month and don't forget that there was also a large judgement in california for the palmdale incident and it was huge as well.
"Looks like current management is still taking out the trash" dude you realize that the "current management" as you put it is part of the trash. Tell me of the two directors, JL and Kostro, which is "new" ???? Tell me they've not always been there with their hands in the bag ?????? The proof is there and can't be disputed. There's simply nothing NEW about this scam. It's the same routine we've already seen time and time again. What's new about the latest PR garbage that we've not seen before ???
