what really does an annual meeting mean in the pinks where most company insiders own preferred shares that have more voting percentage rights than common shareholders.
I'm also surprised that you would go to check out a company at your own expense without seeing the CEO or the top dog of the company. It is my experience to atleast talk to the president and hear the BS first hand.
PS....I didn't quite understand the IM experience where he, "make me watch the his computer screens from behind." ....that somes abusive....lol!!
