I did one better I flew down to take his bootcamp course. I left after the first day after seeing all he was going to do was to yell at me and make me watch the his computer screens from behind. I also went down to see if NNRI was a real company. I talked to Tom his assistant and a guy that just got fired and was picking up his last check. This guy told me this was a real company compared to th others that IM was promoting. This was in the aug 07 time frame. What i wish I had learned was how weak the management team was to get this company going. I recently talked to one of the people involved with handling the security paperwork to get listed. It is my understanding is he got paid in stock. It appeared he has not monitored the stock price for sometime and was shocked at how low it was. I told him about all of the questionable PRs released and stated I am not sure if this is a real company anymore. He told me things to make me feel it is still a real company but he also makes me question this management more each day. According to him he was suppose to get me in contact with someone at the highest levels of the company to discuss my concerns like what business are they really in and how big the market is and what portion can they play in. He thought I as a shareholder have a right have these questions answered. I think this person is a good individual but I am not sure he can get this management to address the shareholders. I think he was concerned about the things I told him that the company has done some really stupid things. He knew law very well and I think he is now concerned about the stock price and the rights of the shareholders. Lets hope he can get through to the management team. I find it funny we have not heard about an annual meeting and a proxy to vote on directors. I guess they are worried they might get thrown out. What do you think why no annual meeting??
