required by SEC rules, or law, to use that verbage.

They neither want or need your vote to move the company or share structure in any direction they want.And that includes an increase of the A/S or an R/S

As far as the meeting goes .. Tom and Dede could hold the meeting in a golf cart between holes and just give us the results from the 19th Hole.

Don't try and read to much into that statement your hung up on..Trust me..It's not worth the 'stress'.
