Modlam,that is absolutley correct.Jon knew about it all.that is what a corporate lawyer 's job is,to protect the company from making UNLAWFULL acts. I guess the SEC see's it very differently from you. When this company gets stripped of it's shares,I guess we won't be hearing from you again.......BYE-BYE
