learning...no..in order to create a new brick upwards ( a first white brick), requires a change of two brick sizes. Since your brick size determined by ATR is 42.65, then the NDX must reach (2)42.65=85.30 point change. Add the 85.30 to the "bottom" of the last red brick shown which is at 1876.60 and you will see that a reversal occurs at an NDX price of 1961.90. Hope this helps.
