People in the U.S. will see the benefit of the IPO in terms of the appreciation of the current stock to the pricing level established in Asia. In essence, you can participate in the IPO by buying the stock that is currently trading on the pink sheets.

after the ipo there will be no bztg stock trading. you will own ADRs. basically a paper that says you own stock in a foreign exchange
