yes but under full disclosure when do you need to release the info? In five minutes, the next day? Also a deal can be struct subject to some minor adjsutments or the signing of documents - thus even though its a done deal and all parties know, it is not disclosable until it is completed. That's what I was getting at since the point raised was that no PP had occurred.
