Just because you have not seen a PR by 7:25 tonight doesn't mean it hasn't happened or is in process. In fact consider the tiny placement earlier prior to the announcements. You had steady share price growth, likely due in part to the potential news, a pull back, some positive movement once it was announced and then a precipitous drop. I'm almost certain they did a small placement earlier because of the expectation that the PR's for TVTonic and Esign would drive the price up (it did to some degree) and then they made the deal.
Who knows how much but its pretty likely that they need to carry most of the spending rate through new capital for at least months to come.
