used to be sky dragon, now it's called a stratellite. they gave up that name becasue someone else had it, but i'm sure you knew that. personally, stratellite has a better ring to it. (and it's been to 65,000 feet, lol)
MYBE you are missing the point. "Successfully reach" they sure sound like they are sure that it will be successful. Only way to be sure of success is if it has already been successful.
"During this three day period, we will unveil our plan to successfully reach, operate and return from the stratosphere later this year."
