Seems to me the risk/reward is very low here. The most they can make is $1.20 at the moment, while the their losses can be unlimited. Also, there does not appear to be enough volume to buy and sell enough shares to even make the $.20.

It's also understandable for folks holding cheap warrants and people trying to affect the price of a PP.
