Bob, I read a lot of that link you just provided. The translation of the text from German to English is a little garbled.
Basically from what I interpeted, the CargoLifter project has taken the experience gathered from the original project but has no ties legally to the problems of it.
It looks as if they are trying to promote investment in the project at this point.
As I said, the translation leaves a lot to be desired and I very well may have missed some items you might deem important. But that is what I get out of it.
Be that as it may, I only brought up the original project to show Kroplins ties to it. I am not promoting it or claiming its viability.
