oh yes, he is currently taking heat from the ECFL SEC investigation, that is still pending as well as recent court action last month in Houston. There are people that have info and will come forward if the situation presents itself.

I would love to take a poll on how much people have lost between ecfl and mnty, I'll be the first($67,000). What a big price to pay to learn that people are allowed to scam people out of their money, and the system allows this to happen. For me it's mind baffling even to think that an investor, investing in someones business, that appeals to the public to invest based on PRs ie, FORD, TERA FUELS, WASTEMANAGEMENT, Some Texas oil company, MARKET 99, IN VOGUE, and more that you all may know about, all along in bad faith! We invest in good faith, to a company that is operating in bad faith, how can this happen in America in this day and age? If there is really a god I pray that he bring justice to everyone that had anything, and I mean anything to do with this fruad, and make them pay to the fullest degree. In regards to the so called stores, that is no more of a store FRONT as a hollywood prop! Nothing and I mean nothing behind it! But crooks, liars,fellons, and fruads! Regarding SEC action, I'm all for it, If nothing else they would certainly have to pay legal fees to an attorney, and likely much more!!!!!!!!

Well if there is legal action or if the BOD is changed I would hope that the bigger investors (who are not on this board) would have a say in who would successfully run this company. I would think that if those big investors got together that they could successfully prevail in a lawsuit. Knowing how much money was spent to acquire those shares, the financial data put out on how much was raised does not seem to be accurate...that would mean hardly anyone else beside those few investors ever bought shares..which is obviously not true....

Lets hope they have a plan to turn this around. NO MORE DILUTION and Progress is needed.
