Globetel holds 100% of the stock of Sanswire corp
Sanswire corp holds 50% of the stock of Sanswire -Tao
Tao holds the other 50% of Sanswire-Tao

From the other post::Sooner is very possible,the earlier Jimenez settles up the better,imo.
