tjcort, please stop carrying on like this. when an OS increases it IS dilution, no matter what fiction you want to believe. i think we're all bullish here, and there's no need to ignore reality. at least dilution seems to be OVER. right now that's all that matters.
no pr from a company ever states the term dilution. dilution OCCURS when company's raise capital through the issuance and selling of their company's stock. PERIOD. that is what has happened here. that is why the share structure has gone from 500mil to 822mil in the past couple of weeks, and it will probably top out at 1 billion. the company has no revenue. read their financials. they must raise capital to get servenation going, which is what they have been doing. have you bothered to educate yourself here at all? this is a pink sheet company. they have no money unless they raise the capital through private sources or through dilution by way of issuing and selling shares. that is the way this process works. get a clue already!
