The investor site is being hosted on a separate server with a different company.

MyMarket99.com, InvogueAccessories.com, and MyPartyPatrol.com are all hosted on a dedicated server in Chicago @ Steadfast Networks in the Equinix building @ 350 E Cermak Rd.

An ISP is just an Internet Service Provider, which could mean a whole bunch of different things. So yes, they are both hosted by ISPs, just two separate ones specializing in web hosting.

The dedicated server usually has more work done to it because the processes on IIS require more CPU usage and server software is updated very often to ensure PCI/CISP compliance.
