Why would AVWI have to 8k JPT's business before they merge. IMO, there won't be any 8k for JPT's suit....they are a non public company.

I really am not sure the JPT lawsuit is is an 8K event for ActionView... The companies have not merged yet so therefore it is not a AVWI company event it is a JPT event... If this is true then the effect on the PPS of the lawsuit has likely already occured...
