The complaint filed is what it is. Starts as 75K unpaid and ends with plaintiffs asking for 2.45M. Most don't even know about the suit yet. It will be 8K'd and then we should hear what defense JPT will put forth. Fact is, this is never good for a company. Plaintiffs asking for 2.45M doesn't mean that's what they will get. This needs to play out, and the merger NEEDS to happen. If the DA is delayed because of this, or worse doesn't happen.. well, we all know the outcome.
