Yes it has already done that. Notice level 2 now. 1 MM at .0013, .0014. .0016, .0017, and .0019 now! Still 2 MMs at .0020 with UBSS having moved up to .0025 and waiting. LOL. When the Ask is hit hard next time we should see .0020 and maybe, just maybe a little more. LOL.
