Not to be disrespectful but it isn't the transfer agent's information vs Conrad's information....it is your information vs Conrad's information...........I emailed the transfer agent twice; when I get the latest information (he did reply last month to my earlier inquiry) I will post it here.
Someone is lying but I don't think it is Conrad or the transfer agent. Let's wait and see. Not saying you are lying - I don't know how you got your information, perhaps somewhere in that chain someone did not give you correct information.
