They have a service that issuers can log into and upload whatever disclosure information. There's no standard format or requirement so it doesn't need review or approval. You basically pick a category, attach the document and submit. It then shows up. If they were reporting, they'd file with Edgars and it would also show up, but they're non-reporting.
