Did you check the "category" of the "buy" on the Form 4?

He may not actually have bought anything. Could have been stock received as compensation, directors' fees, or the like.

hmm, i just looked at your stock here, again, i only look at the chart and volume,, the odd thing is.. the streamer chart shows most of the volume at .0001 and only paint jobs at .0002/3, which is a problem, but the reg chart shows a lot of volume at .0002 and appeared hard to get 1.. thats always a good buy for the 1's if that is the case.

anyway.. if there is a risk of r/s.. i personally would avoid it.. but i did see one r/s go up after it r/s'd.. surprisingly it was paim(znxt) my horrible stock that i lost on.. but that upward trend didnt last long.. im not sure why it didnt slam right back down,, so, it can go up i suppose. maybe he knows something?

it looks really odd to me.
