CKEI - the only .0001 that I found with a pinksheets classification that didn't have a skull, stop sign, etc.

Had insider buying in January at .0006 - .0007 range.

A DEF 14 A filed 03/11 talks about 1-100 R/S and raising auth shares from 500 Million to 2 Billion.

Now why in the world would an insider buy at those prices with a R/S and possible dilution on the way?

Hmmmm - He only spent $320 on the buying, maybe just to catch the attention of people looking for insider buying?
