DC, the way I look at is for current shareholders, this is a much better place to be than the past 6 or 7 months. At least there is activity. And I hope you guys make money.

But PYCT will need to raise capital to get this thing off the ground. I dont think any one doubts that. Even if there is Asian money, you know as well as I do, that shares will be attached to any capital raise, debt or otherwise. When you dont have volume, they are going to need to do something for any capital provider to monetize the shares.

Easier to do with a lower O/s.

Wrong, they might do a forward split if anything.

With that much stock out, trading at 0.0001, they wouldn't be allowed to do a forward split, because that would make the price too ridiculously low.

JMCP, now JMON, announced last fall that it--also trading at 0.0001--would do a forward split. Didn't happen.
