LOL-if you hold certs you have to pay $20.00 to get screwed. And the cert will be tied up four to six weeks, during which the price will drop like a rock.

If I remember, JB own's all the Class B shares and there is no R/S on these?

Looks like he owns 530 times more in the equity of the common guys now then he did yesterday.

The 5 billion common goes to 9.4 million and he still has his 30 million shares.

So if this pig would ever actually get anywhere, he owns three times what the common guys own and rather than 30 million of 5 billion.

I wonder if he starts converting and selling his shares when they start at $.05 tomorow?

The agreement with the attorneys who are suing, has if he sells shares he can pay them off with those proceeds.

So dilute the crap out of it and keep his own shares and bigger % and get the attorneys off his back.

biotent that is just great news! Everybody who received the dividend of series C preferred with ZERO VALUE now have to anti up 20 dollars to get back their freshly reduced toilet paper!

Further more the State of Nevada has no record whatsoever of the preferred shares!!!!

This JOHN BEEBE is a common share thief! he knows how to dilute to no bid and make all your shares go POOF NO MORE SHARES...

Most peoples shares aren't even worth the 20 dollar fee to convert!
