No, it is not $20 a share, but if you have a million shares in an account, like saying a million, it will cost you $20 to have that account transfered. If you have several accounts, each one will cost you $20 or if you have a certificate, with a million shares, it will cost you $20 , but if it is in several certificates, each one will cost $20 for each certificate.

After the split tomorrow, the pps will probably tank.

By the July 18th deadline, the $20 fee will be more than most peoples holdings.
