skiytreem, yes true, however those stocks were not submitting a 15c 211, as most of them were trading.

this is a totally different ball game, with the submission of the 211 along with a MM that will set the Bid and Ask, I presumed it will not be Legacy, I hope he finds one that will take over the reins and establish the value as Legacy did.

As for doing a forward split, I do not think that will be in the works, at least until they are established on a higher exchange, one of the many requirements is to have a PPS of $4.00 held for 30 connective days,.which establishes the foundation, to establish REAL margin accounts .i.e. NASDAQ AMX NYSE

In other words @ $30.00 a share and end up with a remainder of $4.00 = 30/4 = a f/S of no more that 7.5:1 maximum. If I have my figures right.
