I've been thru several r/s's with Schwabozo and they get the new symbol quicker on average 1-2 days before AT and ST do, the new platform is much faster.
Of course they are 60+ million shares short, so coming up with actual shares might be a real problem for them r/s or not.
Anyways, I sent along your post to them and see what they say, I'm sure their compliance department wants to know what you say~
