I agree with you SeattleIT that people are holding and waiting until news. Also, there are plenty of eyes on this one on the sidelines waiting to see...

1. the news (audits & funding)
2. if the pps can break .0004 (a seperate group from the news watchers)

I personally like the low volume b/c like you say, it means no one is selling while they're waiting.
