Snackman, SKS has stated publicly that we need additional funding. The last 10Q says it. SKS said Wave has funds to operate "into July." July 1 is two weeks from Tuesday. Traders have watched and taken advantage of Wave stock preceeding imminant funding for so many times its become a "no brainer." This recent SP action is deja vous all over again. I agree the doubling of the SP was likely new customers leaking, telling relatives and friends to "take a look at WAVX." And I agree that a retracement is normal. But traders, based on loads of experience, see an imminate PP and are selling, knowing full well that funding even at market (i.e. at no discount) causes dilution, lowering SP.
So, I hope Ispro's hunch is correct. Right now I'd be very happy w/ the PP @ $1.20. Of course, IMO,but I'd prefer your opinion, that no funding is necessary "in the immediate future," was the correct one.
