During the past 15 years, we have successfully managed assignments and projects that range from business acqusitions, to cost accounting programs, to business turn-arounds.

We were instrumental in putting together the parties and the financing package that resulted in the purchase of a $1.2 million office building. This three-story commercial structure required turn-around, and current plans have it on track to achieve that goal within 12 months.

Arranged a job cost accounting system for managing a program for a major, $3 million urban redevelopment project that included the construction of 30 homes.

When a small business was losing $50,000. a year, we conducted a thorough review of their internal accounting practices. Included in what we found were were uncharged costs, non-competetive pricing, and buying processes that did not allow the client to enjoy discounts, and good credit options for term payments. We helped turn the company around, and we are proud to say that it is now averaging $100,000+ in annual profits.

Helping to put the parties together for a $20 million urban redevelopment project in a major Ohio city. Property included both commercial and residential.

When a client wanted to purchase a business, we provided the research, conducted the interviews, reviewed ledger entries, and collected the fact-based information that would be needed to make an intelligent move. Our consultation proved that at the time the business was offered, our client should decline.
They did.

Strong relationships and a network of colleagues within the financial world, has helped several of our client companies receive financing for capital improvements. We have also secured lines of credit that have enabled clients to continue growing their businesses or help them through seasonal down periods.

A client came to us, seeking help resolving financial issues with the IRS. They needed help minimizing their costs, keeping the issues from resulting in a court appearance, and reducing the emotional and financial stress that they were experiencing. We worked closely with them, and assisted in preparing materials for the IRS, eventually resolving a problem that could have been costly.
