We should also be calling Burr and Forman and since Beebe has sued them they have every right to get the financials from PHGI and Beebe for discovery! Transparency is available now even if Beebe didn’t want it!

Jokes aside, I am of the opinion that this would be a civil action to be initiated by a shareholder through the court system where one might proclaim and persue securities violations or perhaps a number of other wrongdoings. not sure a complaint made to the SEC will obtain much attention without specific detail outlining fraud or misrepresentation of forms submitted to the SEC by the company. The point I am making is this, it is up to the disgruntled shareholders, past or present, to obtain an attorney in order to take action and file a lawsuit, unles of course you are capable of filing the neccessary documents yourself! JMHO Dog
