Fly, exactly which one of the SEC forms did you submitt?
Jokes aside, I am of the opinion that this would be a civil action to be initiated by a shareholder through the court system where one might proclaim and persue securities violations or perhaps a number of other wrongdoings. not sure a complaint made to the SEC will obtain much attention without specific detail outlining fraud or misrepresentation of forms submitted to the SEC by the company. The point I am making is this, it is up to the disgruntled shareholders, past or present, to obtain an attorney in order to take action and file a lawsuit, unles of course you are capable of filing the neccessary documents yourself! JMHO Dog
