I believe dilution here will kill any chance of this stock recovering any time soon. 1 billion shares at 0.0001 is only 100000.
They have got to get financing some other way.

The 9.7M is that this year or next year?
It seems his conservative projection have been lowered considerably.

I can see the operating expenses being the high percentage for the first year but as they grow profit margins should increase especially since the revenue is residual.

Spooz must believe that they are very close to a "major event", otherwise they would not have stated "no reverse split". I do not think that they can realistically dilute the stock at this price level. However, IF success becomes apparent, then they can dilute less at a higher price level until they become cash flow positive.

Seeker we have to take in consideration a share buyback,
therefore the decrease OS will increase the PPS.
we have no idea yet ,how many millions they will be considering to retract ...
