I can see the operating expenses being the high percentage for the first year but as they grow profit margins should increase especially since the revenue is residual.

Spooz must believe that they are very close to a "major event", otherwise they would not have stated "no reverse split". I do not think that they can realistically dilute the stock at this price level. However, IF success becomes apparent, then they can dilute less at a higher price level until they become cash flow positive.

Everything I state is just my own opinion so do your own DD.

Buying great stocks is important but buying great stocks at a great price is even more important.
