they are due for 10k at the end of july. probably file nt and then report shortly thereafter. still have 6-8 weeks of waiting. that is unless they have bangup numbers and want them out early, but i doubt it. these little companies are often at the mercy of the auditors.
Please don't make up earnings dates and adding an e to company names for reporting late when the company is not reporting late. "Your notes" as you call them, are clearly you adding 3 months to the last reporting date of March 14 and you determining earnings should be out June 14. However, if you had looked at the filings on Edgar over the past 2 years, you would clearly see the company has more time, and has exercised more time to release their YEAR END AND ANNUAL REPORT on August 14 2006 for the period ending April 30 2006. Then again in 2007 that same 4th quarter report and annual report was issued August 8 for the period ending April 30 2007.
Companies are always given more time to file year end statements.
It is sad that it works this way because once again Kenny will be the victim of "the system". Come the end of the first week of August, sales will be kicking some major butt and we'll be in the midst of a PR bonanza of good news. Then, here they come telling the whole world about what they did and were doing 6 months ago in February, March, and April. Any fool that pays attention to that is a fool but the market is the market.
Then, they will seem like they are throwing everyone for a loop. Because the annual report is issued later, the company comes right behind that August release with their 1st quarter 2009 release in the second week of September, 5 weeks after the annual report in August. This will be through July 31, 2008. Once again, old news but it will have the sizably higher cases shipments of the flavors and the shipment to Russia and only the beginning of the Dre sales.
The good thing is whoever sells in August because they see all this fantastic news and then sees numbers from 6 months prior will be kicking themselves when a blowout quarter hits 5 weeks later. That kind of report usually gaps a stock like this for maybe 50% to 100%. But we shouldn't have to worry about that because anybody with even half a clue about what they are doing(You hear me DME?) will have already priced in a 300%-500% move on the stock by then.
