Well, the 45 days for reporting 4th Q is up the 14th. My notes were that the report would be out today after the market closed. Nothing yet. Perhaps they have until Monday since the 14th is on Saturday. Most of the time, they have filed to report late. That gives them an additional 15 days. Just can't get it done timely. Very unprofessional. At any rate they are flirting with the E being added to the DKAM. That is never good.
