Decent point! The play here (at least for me) is covering by the brokers and the wait here is the audit. The brokers won't budge until concrete evidence exists and they are forced to move.
I posted last night about a PR and I hope that it is released before 12AM PST for my credibility. Seems others have been told the same thing.
Regardless, this seems like a fun/interesting play right now in my opinion!
As far as an "investment" goes this very well may turn out to be a good one as there is tangible evidence that Clayton is looking to build an actual business (and there are actual biz locations to prove it), but I am playing this as a pure gamble looking for a covering!
Worth the gamble and interest to see how this plays out. Lord knows many a pinky have claimed foul (i.e. NSS) and nothing happens!
We shall see.... let's hope we see one of those late night PR'S.
