Doesn't the saying go, "Buy on Rumor, Sell on News!"?

If so, shouldn't there have been a ton of buying the past few days/week to make the stock go up? And then once the news comes out, the stock goes down, because of all the people selling on the news?

I know Pinks and OTC don't always follow rules, etc... but the Buy on Rumor, Sell on News theory seems to follow 99% of the time.

Could this really be the 1% stock where the stock actually goes way up after the news? I am very leary on this but...

Just got me thinking...
