Some airfoils can have forward speeds of 17 mph or more. Air traffic of all kinds launch and perform only when the wind factors allow. Thus my question if the package that was attached to the airfoil has riser controls. Forward speed and direction are very maneuverable if so. Great way to deliver photo packages or what have you to a Navy unit or what have you.....
